Our opportunities
Our six-months internship is designed as our principle entry point for talented students leading to full-time Analyst positions
- Our interns are immediately staffed on live deals and required to make their contribution from day one. They are fully involved in both origination and execution and enjoy unique exposure to a vast array of transactions and sectors
- We offer a great opportunity to take ownership of projects, to work alongside senior partners and receive dedicated guidance from our analysts, always available to help and provide continuous feedback
- Interns are responsible for conducting research, preparing supporting documentation, providing financial analysis and assisting in due diligence efforts
What we look for
- Penultimate and final year students from a top ranked business or engineering school
- Previous internship experience in an M&A or financial services related role essential (Audit, Transaction Services, Private Equity, etc.)
- General knowledge in accounting and finance, as well as in main valuation methods and excellent MS Office skills
- Able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual French/English, a third European language welcomed
- Proactive, eager to learn, independent and committed to excellence

Our opportunities
Our Analysts are immediately involved on live deal processes and get significant client exposure from the start
- Working in small teams alongside senior bankers, our Analysts provide support to a wide array of transactions and get significant client exposure from day one
- Our Analysts work in small teams and are given considerable responsibility. We invest in their development and rely on them for managing projects. You better start swimming, but we’ll not let you sink like a stone!
- Our Analysts are involved in the day-to-day execution of M&A processes, draft client pitches and marketing materials, conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses, attend client meetings and facilitate due diligence processes
What we look for
- Strong academic background and proven deal execution experience within a top ranked M&A firm
- Excellent analytical skills. Creativity combined with a critical mind and high attention to detail. Highly organized, with both a team-player and proactive attitude
- Experience in analyzing financial statements, building financial models and valuations, and creating financial projections
- Strong ability to work independently and assume responsibilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual French/English, a third European language welcomed
