Our opportunities
Our six-month internship is designed to be our main point of entry for talented students, giving them access to full-time analyst positions.
● Our trainees are immediately assigned to deals in progress and are expected to contribute from day one. They are fully involved in origination and execution and benefit from unique exposure to a wide range of transactions and sectors.
● We offer them the opportunity to take ownership of projects, work alongside senior partners and receive expert advice from our analysts, who are always available to help and provide ongoing feedback.
● Interns are responsible for carrying out research, preparing support documents (information Memorandum, pitch, etc.), providing financial analysis and participating in the due diligence effort.

Profile required
Final-year student at a leading business or engineering school.
● Previous internship experience in an M&A or financial services role is essential (audit, transaction services, private equity, etc.) General knowledge of accounting and finance, as well as the main valuation methods, and excellent command of MS Office.
● Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual French/English, a third European language welcome.
● Proactive, eager to learn, independent and committed to excellence.
Our opportunities
Our analysts are immediately involved in current transactions and benefit from significant exposure to clients from the outset.
● Working in small teams alongside senior bankers, our analysts support a wide range of transactions and benefit from significant client exposure from day one.
● Our analysts work in small teams and are given considerable responsibility. We invest in their development and rely on them to manage projects. You’d better start swimming, but we won’t let you sink like a stone!
● Our analysts are involved in the day-to-day execution of transactions, drafting marketing materials, building complex financial models, performing valuation analysis, attending client meetings and facilitating due diligence processes.

Profile required
● Solid academic background and proven experience of executing transactions in a leading M&A firm.
● Excellent analytical skills. Creativity combined with critical thinking and attention to detail. Highly organised, a team player and proactive.
● Experience in analysing financial statements, developing financial models and valuations, and creating financial projections.
● Strong ability to work independently and take on responsibility.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual French/English, a third European language welcome.

Profile required
